# Sensory-friendly clothing in Canada

Tags, seams and scratchy fabric can ruin a whole day. Here’s where to buy clothes built around that, what each shop actually changes, and where our shirts fit (honestly: we’re not a sensory brand).

## What to check before you buy

- **Labels.** A printed label inside the neck, or no label at all, beats a sewn-in tag you have to cut out (and the stub it leaves).
- **Seams.** Seam-free or flatlock seams lie flatter than regular seams. Regular tees and hoodies, ours included, have regular seams.
- **Fabric and weight.** The fabric content and weight (gsm or oz) tell you more than “soft” does. Heavy fleece feels thick and warm; light cotton jersey feels barely there.
- **Fit.** Look for a size chart in garment measurements, and compare it with something you already own and like.
- **Returns.** Many shops only take back unwashed items with tags on. Made-to-order shops (like us) usually don’t take change-of-mind returns at all.
