# Shipping & returns

> How returns work at AuDHD Club: store credit for a wrong size or change of mind (keep the item), a refund if you send it back, and a free reprint or refund for anything we got wrong. Plus shipping times in Canada.

## Wrong size or changed your mind?

Within **30 days of delivery**, [start a return](https://audhdclub.ca/returns/start) and get **store credit for everything you paid for the items, plus 10%**. You keep the piece, so there’s nothing to pack or post back. Your code arrives by email straight away, it never expires, and whatever an order doesn’t use stays on the code.

Store credit opens once your order has shipped. Before that, to change or cancel it, reply to your order email as soon as you can: we can change or cancel free until it goes into production.

## Prefer a refund?

Send the items back unworn and unwashed at your own cost, and we refund what you paid for them (plus their tax) when they arrive. Shipping isn’t refunded. Start it the same way, from [start a return](https://audhdclub.ca/returns/start).

## Misprinted, damaged, wrong or lost?

If something arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, or it never arrives, [tell us here](https://audhdclub.ca/returns/start) or email [hello@audhdclub.ca](mailto:hello@audhdclub.ca) within **30 days**. We’ll reprint it or refund you, and you don’t need to send it back. A real person reads these and answers in writing.

## Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. Every piece is made to order in 2–5 business days, then takes 4–10 business days to reach you (iPhone cases can take up to 15). Each product page shows its own estimate, and you get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
