# Terms of sale

> Terms for orders from AuDHD Club: prices, made-to-order timing, shipping in Canada, and replacements for misprints or damage.

## Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Checkout shows the full total, including shipping and sales tax, before you pay. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

## Made to order

Every piece is printed just for you by our production partners. Most pieces are made in 2–5 business days, then take 4–10 business days to reach you (iPhone cases can take up to 15). Each product page shows its own estimate, and delivery dates are estimates once an order ships.

## Shipping

We ship anywhere in Canada. We don’t ship outside Canada yet.

## Changes and cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email us as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order free of charge until it goes into production.

## Returns and replacements

Because every piece is made just for you, we don’t take returns for change of mind. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, email [hello@audhdclub.ca](mailto:hello@audhdclub.ca) within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it free.

## Discount codes

One code per order. Codes from our emails may be single-use and may expire; the email says when.

## Product photos

Photos and mockups show a typical print. Colours can vary slightly between screens and production runs. Each product page lists the fabric, weight and fit.
