5% of every AuDHD Club order goes to Good Foot Delivery, a Toronto charity that runs a real courier business staffed by autistic and neurodivergent young adults. Paid work, real skills, and a workplace built around how their brains work. It’s the kind of thing we wish existed everywhere.

One of us is autistic and one of us has ADHD, so our house runs on routines, half-finished projects, noise-cancelling headphones and very specific snacks. These are the shirts we wanted and couldn’t find: funny without punching down, proud without the puzzle pieces, and soft enough to actually wear.
