Hi, we’re
AuDHD Club
One of us is autistic. One of us has ADHD. Together our house is a lot of routines, a lot of half-finished projects, two pairs of noise-cancelling headphones and a very specific snack shelf.
We kept wanting shirts that got it: funny without punching down, proud without a puzzle piece in sight, and soft enough to wear all day without thinking about the tag. So we made them. Every line in the shop started as something one of us actually said.
A few things we promise. We say autistic, because most autistic adults do. Nothing we sell is about curing or fixing anyone. We use the infinity symbol, never the puzzle piece. Our tees, crewnecks and hoodies have a printed neck label instead of a sewn-in tag, and every product page tells you the fabric and fit so there are no surprises.
The name? AuDHD is the community’s word for being autistic and ADHD at the same time. But the club is for every kind of brain: autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or neurospicy and still figuring it out. No diagnosis required.
Everything is made to order by our production partners and shipped straight to you, anywhere in Canada. That’s why it takes a few extra days, and why nothing ends up in a landfill unsold.
Questions? Email hello@audhdclub.ca. We don’t do phone support, and we answer in writing.

Where 5% of your order goes
Every order gives back
5% of every AuDHD Club order goes to Good Foot Delivery, a Toronto charity that runs a real courier business staffed by autistic and neurodivergent young adults. Paid work, real skills, and a workplace built around how their brains work. It’s the kind of thing we wish existed everywhere.
It’s 5% of what you pay for the products (after discounts, before shipping and tax), and we donate every quarter from our own sales. Good Foot Delivery (Good Foot Support Services) isn’t affiliated with AuDHD Club and doesn’t endorse us; we just think their work is great.
