What does AuDHD mean?+
AuDHD is the community’s word for being autistic and ADHD at the same time. Both run in our house: the shop is made by an autistic dad and an ADHD mom. But AuDHD Club is for every kind of brain: autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or just neurospicy and figuring it out. You don’t need a diagnosis to wear the shirt.
Do you give back?+
5% of every order goes to Good Foot Delivery, a Toronto charity and courier service that creates jobs for autistic and neurodivergent young adults. It’s 5% of what you pay for the products (after any discount, before shipping and tax), and we donate every quarter from our own sales. Good Foot isn’t affiliated with us and doesn’t endorse AuDHD Club; we just think the work they do is great.
Are your shirts tagless?+
Our tees, crewnecks and hoodies have a printed neck label instead of a sewn-in tag, so there’s nothing scratchy at the back of your neck. The size and care details are printed right on the inside. Each product page lists the fabric, weight and fit, so you can check what matters to you before you order.
Why is there no puzzle piece?+
Many autistic people dislike the puzzle piece: it suggests something missing, or a problem to solve. We use the infinity symbol instead, which the autistic and neurodivergent community chose for itself: rainbow for neurodiversity, gold for autism (Au is gold on the periodic table).
Do you ship outside Canada?+
Not yet. We ship anywhere in Canada for now, and we’ll open up the US later. Prices are in Canadian dollars, with no surprise duties at the door.
How long until my order ships?+
Everything is made to order just for you. Most pieces are made in 2–5 business days, then take 4–10 business days to reach you in Canada (iPhone cases can take up to 15). Each product page shows its own estimate, and you get tracking by email the moment it ships.
Where is it made?+
Each piece is printed to order by our production partners, mostly in the US and some in Canada and Europe, then shipped straight to you.
How do sizes run?+
The tee and crewneck are a regular unisex fit. The premium hoodie runs small, so size up if you like it roomy. Every product page has the exact measurements in a size chart.
Can I return or exchange?+
Because every piece is made just for you, we don’t take returns for change of mind. If something arrives misprinted, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we’ll replace it free. No phone calls needed: email is how we work best too.
Can I email instead of calling?+
Always. We don’t do phone support. Email hello@audhdclub.ca and we’ll answer in writing, usually within a business day.
