Privacy policy

AuDHD Club is a small Canadian shop. We collect only what we need to make, ship and support your order, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Your name, email and shipping address when you check out. We save your email as soon as you type it at checkout, so we can send your cart back to you if you get interrupted (see below).
• Payment details are entered directly with Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your email address, if you join our email list.
• Anonymous browsing statistics (pages visited, device type, rough location) through Google Analytics, and our own visit counter, which uses a random id that ends when you close the tab.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:

• Our print and fulfilment partners make and ship your order, so they receive your name, shipping address and what you ordered.
• Stripe processes your payment.
• Resend delivers our order, shipping and email-list messages.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used, with cookies.

Some of these companies store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.

Unfinished checkouts

If you start checkout and don’t finish, we may send up to three emails over the next few days with a link back to your saved cart. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and they stop as soon as you order or unsubscribe.

Our email list

If you sign up, we keep your email address, when you signed up and the wording you agreed to, as Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) requires. We use it only for new designs and offers, at most every couple of weeks. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing doesn’t stop order and shipping emails for things you buy.

Cookies and your browser

Your cart is kept in your own browser so the shop works. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits. Our visit counter keeps a random session id that ends when you close the tab, and is never tied to your name or email.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires (generally six years). Anything we don’t need for that is deleted when it’s no longer useful.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@audhdclub.ca. We’ll reply within 30 days.
